Do you ship internationally?

At this time we do not ship internationally or to Canada. You can find our free shipping policy here. 

Where do you ship your products from?

Our products are shipped from South Carolina within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted.

How long before my order ship?

We work exceptionally hard to get all orders shipped within 3-5 business days.  If we find that this will take longer, we will notify you.  Please be mindful that we have no control over what happens once the shipping gods get ahold of your order.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.  All sales are final.  If for some reason, you find an item not satisfactory, please contact us and we will be sure to work with you to resolve any issues.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, contact us and let us know what you have in mind.

Do you provide wholesale/private label?

Yes, we can provide wholesale orders for our individual bath and body products but not for our boxed gift sets.  Please contact us for more information.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, please contact us.

Are your products made to order?

Our boxed gift sets are assembled to order. However our products are handmade in small batches.
